Part of the Community
Condesa didn't end up in Old Fourth Ward by accident.
We are rooted in this neighborhood and committed to the community that makes it what it is. Located in the Tribute Lofts, at the corner of Freedom Parkway and Boulevard, we're steps away from the Jackson Street Bridge with a beautiful view of the city and the Martin Luther King Jr Historic Site.
The Freedom Parkway Bike Trail passes just outside our patio nestled away in the trees. We serve the Georgia State University campus, Downtown Atlanta residents, and visitors to the Sweet Auburn Historic District.
We proudly invite local artists to showcase their original work — visual art, poetry, stand-up comedy, crafts, and more. Condesa is not just a café, it's a platform for Atlanta's creative community.

We're Passionate About Details
At Condesa, we care about the things that we give you — continually sourcing from high quality partners and building real relationships with our customers. The details of a perfect shot of espresso, an Ethiopian single-origin pour-over, or our house-made chocolate syrup — they matter.
Our coffee is roasted fresh to our own Condesa standards, sourced from ethically grown beans and crafted into a blend that's uniquely ours. We pair it with premium teas from Rishi Tea and fresh pastries delivered daily from a local Atlanta bakery we're proud to support.
