Part of Every Community We Call Home
Condesa started with one café and one belief: a coffee shop should make its neighborhood better.
Old Fourth Ward is where it all began. Tucked into the Tribute Lofts at Freedom Parkway and Boulevard, our flagship sits steps from the Jackson Street Bridge, the Freedom Parkway Trail, and the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park. We've grown up alongside Georgia State students, Downtown neighbors, and the Sweet Auburn community.
Grant Park is our newest home, and it's now open. Right where Boulevard meets the Atlanta BeltLine, we're joining one of the city's most historic, tight-knit neighborhoods, serving park walkers, BeltLine regulars, and the families who make Grant Park so special.
Decatur is next, opening January 2027. We're bringing Condesa to HALO Decatur on East College Avenue, and we can't wait to meet our new neighbors.

We're Passionate About Details
At Condesa, we care about the things that we give you — continually sourcing from high quality partners and building real relationships with our customers. The details of a perfect shot of espresso, an Ethiopian single-origin pour-over, or our house-made brown sugar cinnamon syrup — they matter.
Our coffee is roasted fresh to our own Condesa standards, sourced from ethically grown beans and crafted into a blend that's uniquely ours. We pair it with premium teas from Rishi Tea and fresh pastries delivered daily from a local Atlanta bakery we're proud to support.
