Our café is located inside the Boulevard at Grant Park, a landmark mixed-use development at 1015 Boulevard SE. We're bringing the full Condesa experience south of the BeltLine — small-batch roasted coffee, handcrafted espresso and pour over drinks, house-made syrups, and fresh pastries from local Atlanta bakeries. Whether you're a Boulevard resident, walking the park, hitting the BeltLine Southside Trail, or just looking for your new neighborhood coffee shop, we're building this one for you.
The space will feature an outdoor patio, free WiFi, bike racks, free parking, and event space for private gatherings up to 75 people. We're opening Summer 2026 — follow us for updates.
