Tara

A classic Costa Rican cup, done right. Tara is a washed lot from producers in Tarrazú, grown at 1,200–1,800 meters in the Central Valley. Expect cocoa and almond up front, soft lemon brightness, and a creamy, rounded finish. Clean, balanced, and easy to love — shine it through a pour over or drip, or brew it in a French Press for extra chocolatey depth.
